Job Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Job Description/Requisition Details: Collections- contact clients weekly regarding payments on past due accounts to expedite payments and reduce days outstanding. Prepare documentation necessary to create the Credit and Debit Memo necessary to true up client accounts. Investigate and resolve accounts where unapplied receipts, short paid invoices and charge backs are applicable. Investigate new clients for a credit worthiness and report to Controller.

Weekly Billing- initiate billing after resolving any pre-billing issues.

Cash Applications- verify and record daily lock-box cash reports and client credit card payments.

Sox Testing- Sample selection and testing in accordance with audit compliance procedures along with maintaining records and communicating results to Controller.

Will cover switchboard when assigned and perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications: Two plus years of AR collection experience preferred. Solid Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel. Oracle experience preferred.

Education: HS Diploma or GED; AA degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred.

Detail oriented with exemplary organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities. Must be able to work independently, prioritize work and handle simultaneous assignments with success and accuracy. Must consistently demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and discretion and have good interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
