Promotions and Events Coordinator
Details:
Primary focus is direct supervision & execution of all on-site events, on-air contesting and promotional giveaways; responsible for management,
training and scheduling of Street Team.
  • Insure that on-site presentation & execution of all events meet company standards. This includes attire of station personnel.
  • Determine preferred look of all on-site events and supervise advance set-up.
  • Execute promotional recaps of sales events to present to clients.
  • Scheduling, training and management of Street Team for all events.
  • Must possess, or have willingness to learn, basic technical abilities to supervise and execute on-site remote broadcasts.
  • Oversight of station vehicles and remote broadcast equipment.
  • Responsible for safe and secure storage of all premiums and on-site equipment/supplies.
  • Leadership role, with Promotion/Marketing Manager, in execution of all Baltimore Ravens on-site events.
  • Insure that photos and video are captured at on-site events to use on digital platforms.
  • Plan to be on-site with most events and appearances.
  • Oversight of day-to-day on air contesting including notifying winners and prize database maintenance.

Experience:
