Job Description/Requisition Details:

Entercom Baltimore is searching for a part time Office Assistant. This person will assist with front desk back-up (phone coverage and prize distribution) as well as any other projects as specified by the Market Manager. The ideal candidate must be pleasant and able to interact well with the public; must be able to cover vacation shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate:

Must be able to receive and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Must be able to work flexible hours during weekdays only.
Must be able to provide vacation coverage for FT receptionist as needed.

Preferred:

High school degree or equivalent with college/business school coursework preferred.
