WBAL Radio & 98 ROCK, Hearst Radio/Baltimore, is seeking a Producer to join the team.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Create and manage show content
• Create and manage daily show schedule
• Book and schedule guests 
• Produce audio content Edit and produce news audio 
• Manage social media accounts
• Manage morning show web content
• Screen listener phone calls
• Archive show audio
• Monitor and manage the show program log (in Wide Orbit)
• Manage assistant producer duties
• Operate studio board for remote broadcasts
• Ensure adherence to FCC and EAS regulations and protect the airwaves from inappropriate content

• Prior experience working with a personality-driven show

• Must be proficient in Adobe Audition

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
