Job Title: Videographer/Web Content Creator
Job Description/Requisition Details: CBS Baltimore is looking for a Videographer / Web Video Content Creator, who will work collaboratively with our sales and programming teams, as well as our Digital Department to help build fully integrated marketing solutions, as well as stream and film live events, and creating polished end products for in house and client use.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with Sales, Programming, and Promotions departments with cluster-wide web video needs
- Enhance current branding of market, stations and events
- Create marketing and promotional videos that can be amplified through consumer touch points inherent to radio, including social media and other online
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit and deliver compelling and visually appealing videos for clients
- Interpret client needs and translate those needs into a tangible strategy
- Coordinate with the Director of Digital Content and Creative Services Manager to make sure visual design adheres to the requirements, objectives and timelines of both CBS and the client
- Streaming live performances to online avenues, such as Facebook Live
Qualifications:
- We are looking for a self-starter who thinks creatively, strategically and unconventionally while inspiring others in the group
- Ideal candidate would have knowledge in the following:
* Adobe Creative Cloud; specifically Premiere, and Photoshop
* After Effects experience is a plus
* Microsoft Office Suite
* Live video switching
* Video encoding and codecs - Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Must be a high-energy self-starting individual that can take ideas and run with them
- Must be a creative thinker
- Great work ethic and high-energy person
- Extremely creative and resourceful; must multi-task and prioritize with ease in a deadline-driven environment across all departments
