| Jobdescription | Description: Forever Media, Inc. in York, PA is seeking a Local Sales Manager for our station cluster. The Local Sales Manager position is a management role with responsibilities for leading and managing sales functions while successfully driving revenue performance. This person must be proficient in developing plans for revenue and team growth. Responsibilities: The Local Sales Manager must be able to work well with other departments to achieve success; must possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others, have excellent communication skills, flexibility and assertiveness to meet goals. This position also requires demonstrated strong organizational and interpersonal skills as you will be responsible to guide others to achieve their goals. It also requires the candidate to help their sales team make sales on the street and create visibility through the use of local radio, promotional opportunities, digital and interactive initiatives. Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license, registered vehicle, and vehicle insurance.
